In the 1990s, the Largo, a 1,500-square-foot bungalow at 917 West Olive Street, was a home for a group of affluent L.B. residents.
The property was valued at $3 million and featured a large, open courtyard with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean.
When the property went on the market in 2007, it was described as a home with “an open-plan living space.”
When I visited the property a few years ago, the front entry was boarded up.
The door was cracked open and there were no locks on the doors.
A keyhole at the front of the home was broken, and the front door had been knocked out.
The windows were boarded up and the patio was a large expanse of concrete and concrete shingles.
The bungalowing was once a part of the neighborhood, and it was also once home to a restaurant called the Lizzie’s Kitchen.
Now, it’s one of the most blighted parts of the Larkspur neighborhood.
The owners of the property, the Dali Brothers, purchased the bungalowed house in the late 1980s and had a grand vision of a modern lifestyle.
When they bought it, the property was located on the corner of Olive and West Olive streets, just south of the intersection of Olive Street and East Santa Monica Boulevard.
The Dali brothers believed in the neighborhood and wanted to provide a sense of community to the area.
The Larkies had started a restaurant there, but after their restaurant closed, the restaurant moved to a different location in the building.
The Bungalow was built in 1983 to accommodate the B.L.R. staff, but the owners have since moved the building to its current location on West Olive.
The home features a kitchen, bathroom, living room, living area and bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an attached living room and dining room.
The dining room is located on a balcony with a full view of the West Palm Beach Seaplane Park and the city of L.D. The bedrooms feature a separate bathroom, which also overlooks the ocean.
A large, wood-burning fireplace with a large skylight was built into the kitchen, along with a refrigerator and stove.
The bathroom and living room are located on two level floors.
The main entry is on the second level.
There are six bedrooms in the house, three bedrooms in a master bedroom and one bedroom in the kitchen.
The bedroom next to the master bedroom is the only bedroom.
The laundry room is an upstairs storage unit.
There is also a laundry room in the living room.
When I was there, I could see the house was well-kept, although it had some rust, which could be attributed to the years of being used as a laundry shed.
The only damage to the property occurred when the building was remodeled in 2011.
The building is now undergoing an exterior remodel.
The interior was previously used as an art gallery, but it was closed to the public for renovations in 2017.
The original owners of this home have a history of making significant renovations to the home.
The last major renovation of the bungalaow was in 1998.
That project included the renovation of two bedrooms, a living room with an attached master bedroom, and a dining room with a separate kitchen and a full-length living area.
This remodel was completed in 2010.
In addition to the main entry, there are four additional bedrooms on the property.
The third bedroom, located on one level of the master room, is the master bathroom and the fourth bedroom, which is on a different level, is also the master and the third bedroom.
At the rear of the house is the backyard with a grassy area and a log fireplace.
This was built as part of a multi-purpose structure that included a pool, a shed, a garage, and an outdoor dining room, according to the Bali Brothers.
A parking lot on the other side of the street was also renovated, and there is also an outdoor patio.
The family lived in the home until the 1990, when they moved to the new location.
Today, the house remains vacant, but is in the process of being restored.
I was able to speak with the Daleses about their plans to restore the bungalos, and they offered some insight into the history of this historic home.
We are really proud of this house and the home that it has stood for for the last 15 years.
It has always been a family home, and we are going to keep this home as a family and the family will continue to live there.
The renovations we are doing are part of our plans to create a new community, which we call the Larkings Kitchen.
Our mission is to bring together the Laksas and Larks.
We want to make sure that the community will know the family and that it will be a place where people are happy
